We do not cut trees down.  Contact a tree service and let them know that you would like to salvage the logs for milling with Stella Sawmill.

Preferred Log Size:  Minimum 16” Diameter

10-12’ Length. Maximum 14’

Stella Sawmill can pick up your logs.  Have your tree service provider place the logs within 6’ of the road.  

We will not venture off road due to liability.   Maximum length is 14’.

Grapple Truck Pick Up

You can call and schedule a time to bring your logs to us, or Stella Sawmill can pick up your logs. Have your tree service provider place the logs within 6’ of the road.  We will not venture off road due to liability.  Maximum length is 14’. 

The minimum charge for pick up is $200. Additional fuel surcharge may apply. 

Milling Charges

We can cut your logs into slabs or dimensional lumber to your desired specifications. 

Depending on the size of the log, we charge $100- $150 per hour for milling.  Any milling has a $100 minimum charge.  

Additional charges may apply for blade changes, stickers, sealing, bundling, and loading.
