Terms and Conditions

 Customer agrees to: Defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Stella Sawmill. Accept any risk involved in allowing employees to use forklift or any machinery to load or unload material to or from the customer’s vehicle/trailer. Release Stella Sawmill and its employees from liability for any structural damage to the vehicle’s tires, axles, suspension, bed, tailgate, windows, or similar damage resulting from an overloaded vehicle or trailer. Assume risks of damage to vehicle. Assume responsibility for transporting material safely. Assume responsibility for pick up and transporting material.
